Customer Care Advocate

Byford Buick GMC is looking for full time Customer Care Advocates. Advocates will be responsible for successfully handling all internet leads, phone calls, and unsold follow up. You will also set appointments for customers with our Sales Department. You must be a customer service oriented individual with strong organization, computer, and phone skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming sales calls. Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone. Schedule sales appointments. Reschedule no show customers. Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Job requirements:
Please have a positive, energetic personality and possess a strong work ethic.
You must work within a team environment
Customer Service experience preferred, but will train an EXCEPTIONAL candidate.
Professional image-will have some face-to-face with customers
Compensation:
Hourly Rate and Aggressive Bonus Pay-Plan - earning potential between 33,000 - 45,000

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
